He acquired his managerial skills in start-ups: first by repositioning and exporting OTO Research (FullSIX Group) to Spain and France, then by founding Duepuntozero Research, the first Italian Social Media Research Agency, later acquired by DOXA. He is an appreciated speaker at important conferences and institutions, thanks to his content in market research, social media, co-creation and new social trends. He is professor of Digital Marketing at the Il Sole 24 Ore Business School, and Market Research at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. He is the author of "Post-Millennial Marketing. New Generation Marketing” and "#Generazione 2.0" highly appreciated and quoted books about Millennials.
