Michele Caruso
Head of Data & CX @Wunderman Thompson Italy

As Head of Data & CX at Wunderman Thompson, Michele Caruso has faced the fascinating challenge of combining business, data, AI technologies, marketing automation and service design, to achieve excellence in Marketing and Customer Experience Management. He earned a master's degree in Management Engineering at the University Sapienza of Rome, and after that he obtained his second summa cum laude in Innovation Management in Paris. He then began his career in management consulting with Accenture and Ernst&Young. At the age of 27, he was already head of Digital Intelligence department in DOING (a digital agency part of Capgemini), which he founded from scratch, working in Milan and abroad on projects of Artificial Intelligence applied to marketing and communication strategies. He is a member of the Association du Droit des Robots in Paris. In 2018 he completed an Executive Master Program in Artificial Intelligence applied to Business at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the USA).
